When simplicity makes a statement.

A simple statement. That’s what Jennie and her husband’s wedding was. It was natural, textured, and full of character. We combined grass, moss, stone, and pops of florals to get the final look. They enjoy rock climbing and nature, so we wanted to make sure that part of their relationship, shined through in their design. The stone and granite were both locally sourced from the Charlotte area.

When it came to the ceremony, ground arches are the new arbors, in our opinion. We love making these babies come to life. Not only are they different, but they’re super versatile, and to eco friendly. Just like Jennie wanted. We were able to reuse all of the ceremony pieces for the reception. Some pieces were even dried out for future use, so that no flowers went to waste.

Let’s talk about these table scapes. Layering, dimension, texture, & pops. Give us allllll the heart eyes. The clear bud vases create a classic look, that allows your eyes to wander seamlessly, between the different materials we used. The table runners add depth, while the dinnerware sets define each individual place. The moss was just right, to bring the outdoor feel inside.
It’s important to find the perfect balance of functionality and fullness to a table scape. One way to achieve this is using height and dimension in your design. Layer the candles and florals on your different elements, like the stone. Use black flower frogs to tie in the rich tones of stone, while still adding an accent pop.

Everything about this wedding was original. It’s not everyday that you see stone, moss, or ground arches in the wedding world. But it’s like we always say, we reflect the nature of each couple’s love story.
