This one is for any wedding vendor out there who are looking at getting some new marketing ideas, building a portfolio, and even just needing some new fresh ideas! The past couple of months we have been busy with style shoots again, because even in the slow season, we cannot seem to get ourselves to slow down! What can we say, we love what we do. Today we are showcasing our groovy shoot at Providence Cotton Mill. When we tell you guys that the hosts and other vendors pulled together a stylish, fun, and funky style shoot - you will not be disappointed!
This shoot brought all the Kacy Musgraves, disco, retro yet modern vibes. So our floral pieces had to do the same! We made sure to bring in all the color and movement to this style shoot. And don’t worry, we made sure to bring out the disco balls! (Brides take note: Very hot trend for this year!) Planning out shoots with photographers and other vendors is so rewarding because us florists get to run wild with their ideas. Giving your florist some freedom goes a long way! We spend countless hours discussing design goals and making them come to life. So we know what it takes to deliver something fresh and new for our hosts.
Style shoots are a big deal for wedding vendors. We get to showcase our work without too much pressure so the creative juices keep flowing. We also get to expand our portfolios with something new and funky that we may not otherwise get a chance to do. One of our favorite creations with this shoot was working with a floral bra, all the disco balls and bright colors. All the vendors at this shoot were having a blast creating nostalgic moments and groovy dreams. Anyone else creative juices flowing from this shoot? Here’s a treat to the magic that SamanthaGriggPhotography and studioplaxco brought to the table! We hope you enjoy scrolling through as much as we enjoyed creating!
