But first things first. What’s the process like for booking a florist for your wedding? Here we have gathered a great resource to get you started on the process. This is a general idea of what you can expect when you inquire with us!

So first you will want to look over our socials and our portfolio. Once you have looked through our work and you want to work with our team make sure to visit our website to complete the Let’s Chat tab!



F L O R A L B R O C H U R E

After you have filled out our Let's Chat form we will send over our Floral Brochure for you to review! If you like what you see then we will send our questionnaire for your to fill out.


Q U E S T I O N N A I R E

We will send a questionnaire to you to collect even more details and a chance for you to provide inspo photos! This step is what really helps us be able to create a detailed pricing quote.

C U S T O M Q U O T E

We will gather a quote together to send over to you. This can take up to 2 weeks for us to provide you with a full quote. We will include not only the pricing breakdown, but also some notes on how the design will come together. This is where we can work together to alter anything or discuss your wish list. Keep in mind you will receive one additional proposal edit before booking, after booking you can have all the proposal edits to get the perfect design!


P H O N E C A L L

Sometimes it helps to jump on a call to discuss things in more depth. If it's needed we can always set up a call before we send the proposal too much sure everyone is on the same page!!


C O N T R A C T + D E P O I S T

Once you have reviewed the proposal and had time to ask us all the questions, you will then have to decide on if you are ready to book our services! Once you have decided all we need from you is a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit. After this your date is promised and you are on our calendar!

We will work with you and your planner throughout the process to stay in touch and provide vibe boards to help you visualize your special day! A few months out we will sit down for a final meeting to nail down the design and flow for the perfect wedding florals.

Just like everything else in this world, floral prices are subject to change + there are a bunch of factors that can effect floral prices as well.

We have had clients who needed some guidance, most do - but we’ve also had clients who knew exactly what they were looking for. The key to finding the right florist for you is to become familiar with their product, who they are, and what their mission is. We understand getting every detail together while trying to book vendors is extremely stressful. We try to make sure we are here for all couples. Even if we are not the best fit for you, ask us if we have any referrals!

To help you get started before you reach out to us if you have no idea where to start, here are some average floral needs to consider. Comment below if you have any questions!



  • bouquets (bride and how many bridesmaids?)

  • boutonniere (groom, groomsmen, fathers, grandfathers?)

  • corsages (mothers, grandmothers?)

  • ceremony (backdrop, aisle markers, end of aisle arrangements?)

  • table arrangements (large, small, headtable, sweetheart table?)

  • cocktail tables

  • bar and other table set ups

  • cake flowers

  • flower girl

  • toss bouquets, etc.

Explain the style and vibe you want, any big installments, certain flowers you want to discuss, venue pictures, guest count. All of these things are essential to provide a good estimated quote. Share with us what you know for now! We understand that circumstances change, details won’t be finalized until closer to the wedding. We just need a general idea to be able to provide you with a quote. As your big day's details adjust, so will our quote and designs - we understand how crucial it is to stay flexible!
